Head of Operations, Training & Behavior

Aubrey Weber is a multi-certified behavior professional, Canine-Human Bilinguist, and the Chief Architect of the CHIL™ system, delivering 12 years of clinical precision and deep interspecies connection. Completing her education at Duke University and Barton College her mastery of learning science is forged from a robust foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and specialized communication education, allowing her to translate complex behavioral analytics into high-impact, real-world results.

Rejecting standard compliance scripts, Aubrey specializes in Functional Communication Training (FCT) and multi-modal interspecies linguistics—decoding the canine native language of spatial pressure and tactile boundaries into human biomechanics to fix behavioral issues at the absolute root. As both the firm’s behaviorist and lead trainer, she engineers clinical-grade Individualized Training Plans (ITPs) using fluid, multi-modality adjustments and protocols. Her services are in behavior, athletic conditioning, and pet nutrition. Aubrey fuses learning science with physiological stabilization to provide handlers with communication-centered clarity and unwavering, grassroots support.

Data Analyst & Administrative Lead

John Weber directs the operational infrastructure, data analysis, and administrative strategy for the firm, bringing an analytical background shaped by studies at Cornell University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). Grounded in systematic efficiency and precise tracking, this role manages backend logistics to ensure that every client’s behavioral journey runs flawlessly.

By analyzing behavioral metrics, structuring scheduling analytics, and streamlining organizational workflows, the firm is able to maintain its high-touch, grassroots focus without sacrificing clinical precision. This dedicated administrative support ensures that the consulting team can remain entirely focused on delivering unwavering, face-to-face partnership to handlers and their dogs.
